MC TENJA hails from Paris, France. When he came to England to join the UK roots community to spread his message and voice, he hooked up with DADDY-U,       I dread ukrg.. who had been playing at the DUBNIUM events. It was then that he became a full integral part in the workings of the Reggae sound at DUBNIUM and also assumed the role as singer in Reggae band DUBHEART.

Tenja’s career has done nothing but flourish since his move to the UK. He resides in Southampton, where he works, makes riddims and sings. He travels frequently for DUBHEART gigs throughout the country as well as to Bournemouth for the monthly DUBNIUM events. His hard work at DUBNIUM and his shining talent with band DUBHEART, gained recognition throughout the UK roots world. He was recently selected by the promoters behind Mikey Dread's Channel One Soundsystem "Dub to Dubstep" tour, where he certainly impressed across all 6 cities alongside Channel One, RSD, Jazzsteppa & Kromestar- with the last date in Bournemouth showing his emerging talent alongside not just DADDY-Uand i dread .ukrg. but RSD too.

His latest work comprises of original material and riddims alongside DADDY-U. A recent exclusive dubplate cut for DUBNIUM and a cut for idread from ukrg recording in germany in irebel farmer on a big tune make by elbib can be found in the music player
